According to Microsoft, this feature is aimed at business users, not the home. That is, instead of taking in a business trip hard working laptop, you can take, for example, a netbook or small laptop and boot into your copy of Windows from USB-drive. But Microsoft declined to comment on the cost of using this function.

Function may work with the specification as USB 2.0 and 3.0. Recommended storage size is 32GB. It should also be noted that the computer is running a copy of Windows-To-Go with USB-drive, can't be translated into hibernation. If you suddenly get the USB-drive from the computer when the OS is running, system will be wait about 60 seconds. If during this time to return the USB-drive in place, the computer resumes.
